Bootcamp members benefit from a variety of training methods – that are proven to improve every aspect of your personal fitness!

What Will I Do at Bootcamp?

Bootcamps use an assortment of exercise techniques to work out your entire body. Classes may include training in; cardiovascular, strength, mental fitness, resistance, plyometrics, and more. Individual classes may focus on one or all of these training methods. The classes are designed to give you the best results  in terms of overall fitness and weight-loss!

Will I Lose Weight at Bootcamp?

Yes! Weight loss is always dependent on effort, self-discipline, current body mass index, and other factors. But, most bootcamp members experience 5-10 pounds lost in their first month. Stay with the program and the transformation of your body in as little as 60 days will astound you!

How Often Do I Go To Bootcamp?

Bootcamps are held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Bootcamp members are encouraged to attend three classes a week, but even attending one class a week can help. Our monthly boot-camp members enjoy the added benefit of being able to attend as many classes as they want. We want to see you reach your goals!
